The East Islip School District ran its annual Summer Innovation and Enrichment Academy for students in kindergarten through eighth grade, held during two one-week sessions in July and August at East Islip Middle School.

The East Islip Youth Lacrosse League donated 100 lacrosse sticks for East Islip’s four elementary schools's PE programs.

To honor the school’s young artists moving up to their new school next year, second graders helped create a new mural in June for Timber Point Elementary School.

Timber Point Elementary School students worked hard and used their math skills while participating recently in the St. Jude Math-a-Thon.
